Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sales of products made via the Trailo website or its associated shop.

1. Products

The products offered are custom 3D prints created from activity files provided by the user.

2. Order

To place an order, the user must import a compatible file, customize their Trailo, and finalize the order via the platform (notably Etsy).

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros inclusive of tax (VAT). Trailo reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Payment

Payments are made via the secure platforms offered (e.g., Etsy). No banking data is stored by Trailo.

5. Delivery

Manufacturing and delivery times may vary depending on the production load. An estimate is provided at the time of ordering.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Given the personalized nature of the products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, in the event of an error or defect, an exchange may be offered.

7. Warranty

Products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. In case of issues, please contact us with a photo of the received product.

8. Liability

Trailo cannot be held responsible for the consequences of an improper file importation or inappropriate use of the products.
