What types of files can I use?

We accept standard GPX formats. You can import a file from your computer, tablet, phone, or directly sync your Strava activity. Whether it's a health walk or an ultra-trail, as long as there is a track, we can print it!

How are the maps made?

Each piece is produced on demand via precision 3D printing. We use high-resolution topographic data to ensure that every peak and valley on your map perfectly matches the geographical reality.

Where are our Trailo models made?

Each Trailo is printed, packaged, and shipped from our workshop located in Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany.

What are the manufacturing and delivery times?

Quality requires a little patience: your map is manufactured, inspected, and shipped within 4 business days. This timeframe allows us to guarantee flawless finishes and total customization.

What materials do you use?

The map is made of PLA, a bio-based plastic (often derived from corn starch) that is both recyclable and robust.

Can I customize the visual appearance?

Absolutely! Our configurator allows you to choose the format (square or hexagonal) and the scale (10x10 ; 20x20 ; 30x30).

I don't have a GPS track, can I still create a map?

Yes! If you didn't record your route, you can download an existing track from community websites.

Are there any geographical limits?
